Zesty Citrus Twist Salad Dressing

Equipment

  • 1 citrus press if you prefer fresh squeezed rather than bottled lemon & lime juice
  • 1 mason jar
  • 1 measuring cups
  • 1 Measuring Spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder you can use 2 small cloves of fresh garlic, minced or grated
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • fresh ground pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Measure all ingredients into a mason jar.
  • Screw cap on securely.
  • Shake well and dress salad.
